The idea for mehma emerged from both a personal and societal observation. Accessing psychotherapeutic and psychological support is often complicated, time-consuming, and a barrier for many people. At the same time, many qualified professionals struggle to make their expertise visible and lose valuable time due to inefficient referral pathways.

Out of this gap, the founders Simon Prestel and Marvin
